Language
English is the official language of the conference.
Registration
Registration desks will be located at the Conference level.
Conference Kit and Name Tag
Upon registration, you will receive your conference kit containing the printed material of the conference, name tag and voucher(s) for lunch. Please wear your name tag to all sessions and social events.
All participants are invited to view the exhibition during opening hours: 09:00-17:00.
Airport Information
Ben Gurion International Airport is the main international gateway to and from Israel. It is situated approximately 25km (16 miles) south-east of Tel Aviv.
Traveling from the airport to Tel Aviv should take approximately 30-45 minutes.
Transportation to Tel Aviv
By Train: The train station is located on Level S of the Landside Building. Train tickets can be purchased through automated ticket dispensers on Level G of the terminal.
To leave Ben Gurion Airport by train, from the arrivals section you need to descend from the Greeters’ Hall (located on Level G), to the railway station (located on Level S). It is recommended to get off the train at Azrieli station (Hashalom) or Arlozorov station (Central) and take a taxi to the hotel.
By Bus: Upon exit from customs, take either the elevator or escalator to the 2nd floor. Exit the terminal either by gate number 21 or 23. Cross over the road for Egged bus number 5 which serves as an internal transport line from Ben Gurion International Airport to El Al Junction. You need to take line 475. Buses arrive at Tel-Aviv Central Bus Station. From here it is another 15 minutes by car/taxi to the Intercontinental Hotel.
Note: Buses do not run on Saturday (Shabbat) – from half hour before sunset on Friday till one hour after sunset on Saturday.
By Official Taxi: The Taxi Stations and dispatcher’s counter at Terminal 3 are located on Level G of the Multi-Level Road. The cost is approximately 130ILS ($38). It is recommended not to use random Taxi services.

Parking during the Conference
A special Conference rate has been arranged for conference participants in the David Intercontinental Hotel.

There is also public parking which can be found around the hotel for a cheaper rate:
* Car park on - Kaufman Street, Tel Aviv - A very large parking lot on the seaside, opposite the hotel.
* Car park on - 36 Hemed Street, Tel Aviv - A parking lot on a side street near the hotel.
* Car park on - 5 Yosef Levi street - A 131 places parking lot one minute from the hotel.
